Reminders for a safe and enjoyable stay, and to avoid additional charges to your credit card.  Please read the following safety reminders.  Unfortunately, if safety rules are not followed, you may be asked to leave without receiving a refund.

Guest Policies

Rates: 

Two (2) night minimum stay for all cabins. Three (3) night minimum stay for all holidays. Rates vary depending on dates, length of stay, size of cabin and the number of guests in your party, including children and infants, plus all applicable tax.  Rates are subject to change without notice.

Deposits and Payments: 

  • Deposit for 1-2 bedroom cabin is $25.00 non-refundable, and non-refundable balance charged 2 days prior to stay.
  • Deposit for 3 bedroom cabin is $50.00 non-refundable, and non-refundable balance charged 2 days prior to stay.
  • Deposit for four (4) or more nights requires a one-night non-refundable deposit and non-refundable balance charged 30 days prior to stay.
  • Valid credit card needed to reserve cabins.  We accept Visa and Master Card. 

Refunds / Cancellations: 

NO REFUNDS.  Dates cannot be changed.  We realize unforeseen circumstances can occur; however, refunds are not available.  In addition, refunds are not available if you are not allowed to check in due to arriving with pets or unregistered guests.

Policies: 

Failure to follow policies will lead to being asked to leave the property without a refund for failure to comply and your credit card will be charged:

  • Check In: Check in is at 3:00 PM or after.  If checking in after 5:00 PM, please call.
  • Check Out: Check out is at 11:00 AM or before.  No late check out.
  • No check in or check out on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day.
  • NO PETS – failure to comply will be an additional $200 fine
  • NO SMOKING in the cabins or close to entrance to cabins – failure will be an additional $200 fine
  • Maximum occupancy:  Do not arrive with additional guests or invite others for “day” visits, meals, parties, or overnight.  Children and infants must be included in your reservation.
  • Firewood:  A small amount of fire wood is complimentary for all indoor fireplaces in-season (October 15th through March 15th).  Safety is our number one concern…please monitor the fireplace at all times.
  • Peace and Quiet is promoted.  NO ATV riding on the property, guns, loud motorcycles, fireworks, or noise to disturb others.
  • Leave Cabin Tidy:  Dishes washed and put away, please.  Trash and litter in closed containers.
  • Property Damage:  Renter/Cardholder is responsible for damages and/or misuse of the property and its contents by all guests during their reservation period and acknowledges such actions will result in additional charges.  Should property damage be found, your credit card will be charged the appropriate amount for repairs.
